Light and playful wire wrapped earrings, capturing beatiful dark blue cat eye glass beads that capture light and shimmer, are great for gift giving or for everyday wear. I hand-wrap each bead, and attach a sterling silver ear wire. Includes small plastic backing for extra security.
I wrap these with bare copper wire, then antique and polish for a warm glow. The copper will naturally patina over time; if you like the polished look, a bit of fine steel wool will shine them up with your help of course).

Whether I am weaving wire for earrings to pendants, or weaving on leather for wrap bracelets, I often feel a bit lonesome for company and conversation in my studio. Mostly, I end up reminding myself that this motion, this creating, this weaving always leads to connection whether in person, at a festival, or just spirit to spirit. Them my heart smiles.
